lyrics
There goes my girl
there goes my whole wide world
As seasons change
her flower folds and fades
I’m sitting up thinking to myself
I want her and there ain’t no body else
gonna make me feel the same way
There goes my girl
there goes my perfect girl
Her solemn face
the tears won’t wash away
I'm sick of feeling sorry for myself
but I’ll never feel for anybody else
and I really can’t afford to
There goes my girl
there goes my perfect world
September rains
I watch her walk away
I’m walking down the side of that road
I don’t care how far it’s gonna go
because my destination’s unknown
A true hidden treasure of a song writer. This gent has been capturing songs in demo form on old tape recorders since the 80s. . . and he's still capturing his magic sounds in his secret basement. Damien Youth

Excellent medieval folk, IGR, & those with ears to hear. I love the sense of mysticism and deep, introspective ponder this album conveys, & the honest down-to-earth folky lyrics. Simply wonderful yet soulfully rich. Highlights for me are tracks 2, 5, 6, & 12. IGR truly capture what I feel is an authentic sense of a medieval bard at a woodland rill pondering the mysteries of life. Highly recommended. 8.5+/10. Alrihkh

Done in medieval, wyrdfolk and psychedelic style, there is a deep bell to open and close the recording. An allegorical tale using alchemy as a backdrop, it is very pastoral and haunting. Some instruments included are viola, nyckelharpa, and dulcimer, along with acoustic and electric guitars, keyboards and percussion. The phantasmagoric story that ensues once the vocals begin is best listened to from start to finish for full effect. Favourite Track: The Serpent Nickie Harte Kelly
