The Citizen 04:27
We are not citizens here we don't belong but we have always been here this cage of bone Spirit glow through sprinkling flow of atoms The hollow hold of holy ghosts in mantra Spirit glow through sprinkling flow of atoms The hollow hold of holy ghosts in mantra When your life has come and gone skies kiss the trees Empty eyes behold a throne mind kiss the dream We're not supposed to be here something went wrong Let me be perfectly clear been here too long Spirit churns in the sickening burn of bulb light Static rose to a flickering soul that breathes life Spirit churns in the sickening burn of bulb light Static grows to a flickering soul that breathes life Witchcraft Mantra Sorcery Prayer is spell Whispering mantras on our knees, fading to pale fading I am not citizen here something went wrong

Mosley 02:45
One man wakes in a feather bed, man of the world but not free to himself One man wakes in the alleyway, despises the world yet is free to himself One man looks in the mirror he's never looked clearer except that time before One man looks at himself and sees nobody else just the rest of the world A shadow creeps out of the mansion it's leading the man who belongs to this world Lone cold stone silhouette is confining the man who is free to himself Cold, strewn, there on the bedroom floor the candles are lit, there's his hat by the door A blanket, marred with the daily news, there by the hat that is filled up with change

Ghost Weave 03:05
I don't know if I confessed, but if I did it was duress that caused me to say all those lies to broken soul with water eyes that search but never understood that sometimes poison does you good and sometimes medicine won't mend nor heal, nor save you from your bitter end Sorry if I led you on with fairytale and pauper songs. I didn't mean to trick your soul to chase me through the rabbit hole and lead you to this crystal stream these polymorphic summonings where all that threads the souls have weaved the ghost of you into the ghost of me I didn't mean to stare at you the skylines fade to grey from blue the sun sinks blazing beneath the shade when night erased away our days Don't blame me if you perceive the words I say all come from me for I like you search through the clues to try and understand the haunted muse Underneath the chalice flow the cutting blade Frozen in the mental ward black harlequin Wraith in polymorphic glow hovering the child divine Staring through the hieroglyph enshrined Underneath the chalice flow the cutting blade Frozen in the mental ward black harlequin Wraith in polymorphic glow hovering the child divine Staring through the holograms enshrined

She always saw me as someone else She never knew me the way the shadows knew me Fortunately she was free from the snares of my path She always lived in a silent shell Her soul awaiting the promise of tomorrow Lost in the hollow, she swallows the spider called dream I'm going to take her through the forest then on one holy night leave her alone with a box full of songs and old toys I'm going to leave this for to follow Call it the sacred key Unshackling time there are ghost in the pauper's shrine And I don't want to shake you up but I don't think you ever knew my name I used to live in a pauper's cage the skeleton, a book of unread pages borrowing lines from the minds of the passers by I know I'll never assimilate I used to want to blend deep into the pattern to feel the vibrations of ghost in harmonious flow They've come to orphan all my children They've come to block the light I'm sorry I left you alone oh my fatherless child I brought you deep into the city then in one neon night left you alone on the streets with a ghost and a child And I don't mean to bring you pain but I don't think you ever knew my name I always kept it inside myself you never knew me the way the shadows knew me Fortunately you are free from the ghosts of my past

Give me the reason why we should go in there give it one more try. You see it in my eyes I will go nowhere. My walls are closing in on this parlor room drenched in kerosene. It's black dreams that brought you here to my door impaired And to a speaker in a room, you'd been quarantined And through the static of the wires you did pollinate Through the crawlspace above the haze you infest from there. Through a current in the brain you are nestled there Makeshift, the days did sift us to common place in this ugly race. Cold stare we concentrate with our pulse's fate. Unweave those garden sleeves that your soul once wore in this corridor. Cut down these hours harvesting never more And with your Tarot's all aligned you cold calibrate And in your Zodialogical days you black eye meditate And in that closet there's a cure with glowing angel arms. Summoning spirits to your womb envisioning animal parts. We've got the reason why we are in this room with bedeviled eyes. We know that we're not going anywhere.

When I was a child I was frightened of the night now that I am older I am frightened of the light For in truth I've turned into that thing I feared I'd see if I woke up from the nightmare when I was a boy of three When I was a child I was frightened by the sound of branches tapping windows as the breeze came blowing 'round. Now that I am older I only wish that I could hear just exactly what it was about that sound I used to fear That's the thing, you never see your old friend Serendipity until at last he goes away to hide behind the coming days And when those coming days are gone you'll recognize his lonely song Familiar will be his face but now there is a stranger in his place When I was a boy oh the many nights I'd cry My father's hand would strike me down and I'd pray that he would die But now I only wish that I still had my father's hands To lift me up, for to guide me to that far off promise land When I was a child I did not want to be alone I would sit and wait in window for my family to come home Now the years have passed and all I really want to say is close the curtains turn that light off make the world all go away But that's the thing, you never see your old friend Serendipity until at last he goes away to hide behind the coming days. And when those coming days are gone you'll recognize his lonely song Familiar will be his face but now there is a stranger in your place So if you are a young one please never question lies Just believe them when they tell you your soul will never die For now that I am dying I only wish I could not see through all the smoke and all the mirrors at the monster that is me

Coat & Cane 05:15
I have no place to go in your collapsing hand I have no name to call I can't have someone unless someone's been had jinxed within the womb of my world I am no test for time It knows quite well my kind Erase that borderline Is there one place in this world I can hide from growing brittle and cold? There is no grace with time so furrow neath the vine And soon with coat and cane I'll hobble 'long my way to no place left to go then lie down in the hole or swirl through the Zen ashes on the wind or float above the stream or wake up in a dream There is no proof for this There's only manuscript Just piss ant words in line Still burning, marching releasing elixirs through time that still poison the mind We are but water worth Each droplet on a leaf in wind storm, hanging on engulfed and trembling lost to the rush of the gale until we are all broken and pale There is no grace with time so furrow neath the vine For soon with coat and cane You'll join the mortal chain And hobble on your way to no place left to go then lie down in the hole or swirl through your Zen ashes on the wind or float above the stream or wake up in a dream or snake along the maze through Archimedes days Archimedes days

When your heroes will not die they just shrink before your eyes and the myths that gave them life these gluttons eat with fork and knife Gluttons eat with fork and knife When their mortal husk remains watch the light of their sustain growing dim beneath tattered veils Upon old ego they're impaled Upon his ego he's impaled For only martyrs hang from nails When all their cries for help called songs is all that moves the days along Then a small group gathers 'round to watch him buried above ground They watch him buried above ground To search for one familiar sound When the artist never dies then he forges his old life Counterfeit, the greatest crime Staring cold through barterer's eyes He now stares cold through barterer's eyes Selling what he would not buy Selling what he would not buy Oh, but what more can you do when you out live your own muse? Oh, now what more can you do when you out live your own muse?

I am gone, I am empty vessel. No more song, only silence in me. I swim through light, fade into white. Fade into white... I am gone, no more fractured creature. I am lost, in a forest filled with souls wandering down. I follow them. That's where I am... Medicine Jones, you'll spend your life alone Medicine Jones, you'll spend your life alone Medicine Jones, you'll spend your life alone I am gone, no more holy midnights. No more stars, only candles burning. Where is your flame? I have no name, I have no name... There is no medicine There is no medicine There is no medicine There is no medicine There is no medicine There is no medicine

World please go away, banish me, from this flux of days, this blind man's maze all fuck white in medicine glazed, in skeletal horror hosts, in vulture's garden, confined to the labor row. And I would have swooped upon you with my falcon eye in shadow quest, to feast upon your bloated breast. Child mouth salivates, to suck up your candy breath, trembling, from the horror host. Black tongue angel songs, poison & delicate Body strewn jettison, ripped tits & spider winged. Injecting the chemical streams, that spin the ghost dream. And I would have crept upon her in that down stairs room the ugly girl, sits listening to Victrola songs, paralyzed in rape rags & brittle boned. She is all alone propped in Victorian home. Catatonic host. Weeps broken lullabies Ghost larval copulance, flows from the bloody lips. Vomits through angel grin, drips on the bellies of cherubim And I would have crushed her naked in the dying room the crippled girl, who twitched beneath a body fucked violently, by hell headed bully boy. Who threatened Rosalie, the fat girl in the upstairs room. Who woke me with thunder steps, blubbering whorish & out of tune. I bloody her apple red smile... I blanket her cries for air.. I held her down by her hair . . . I stabbed out her liquid stare . . . Broke knuckle bandages. . . . And I would have crept upon you in that moonlit glade. The horror host still praying to its holy ghost. Suffer me, that I might endure these days. When we go on too long, something is bound to go wrong. Banish me, oh banish me....banish me....
