In a mystic land, lived a little man
Frumpy Ogden Styre, he lived beneath the briers.
Wore a candle crown and sat behind a frown
And there he'd sit all day, lonely and afraid
All the day he'd sit and stare with antiseptic hollow eyes
Ugly little homely gnome alone he sits in candle light
Every night turns out the light and lets his mind go outer space
On the liquid sheen lands a strange machine
Behind the rattling gears a small strange creature peers
A door then opens slow then from the mystic glow
A small gray hand appears, thus drawing Frumpy near
All the day he'd sit and stare with antiseptic hollow eyes
Ugly little homely gnome alone he sits in candle light
Every night turns out the light and lets his mind go outer space
In the mystic realm, in propeller gown
Frumpy Ogden Styre, lives above the spires
A true hidden treasure of a song writer. This gent has been capturing songs in demo form on old tape recorders since the 80s. . . and he's still capturing his magic sounds in his secret basement. Damien Youth
